Learning Reflection

     

           After studying in this class, I think that I got many knowledge. Teacher taught  and explained everything very well, so I understand well. In my opinion, this subject is useful because it helps in reading and make me easily to understand in reading. In addition, I can apply these knowledge with writing subject, and it made me write better than in the past. I very like that your teaching because you used the words that easily to understand.

Problem and Solution 2

   
             On Thursday 16, I learnt  Problem and Solution in the course of last week, Teachers have described the exercise of the week and let us answer the question. After that we watch the cooking of our friends. I think we want to practice hard and practice reading . If we are practice we speak for the speech we can communicate and speak English very well.

Problem and Solution

 On Thursday 9, I learnt  Problem and Solution. For me, I think this lesson rather hard because I have to intend to read the story. I learnt about problem markers and solution markers I read problem and solution markers that I will find in my academic such as challenge, conflict, to answer, to ease etc. Then, I did exercise. After, I did  the last exercise by write the sentence explaining the main idea of the text.         

Exemplification

   





      On   Thursday 2, I learnt  Exemplification. I read the first text and did exercise by completed the diagram and highlighted the exemplification. Next, I read the text about Fun things to do in Great Falls text and match the place with the activities . The last exercise for today is completing the sentences. Teacher assigned us to answer the question correctly in text.

           

Definition and Classification

   

                On Thursday 26, I learnt  Definition and Classification. I tried to do exercises to find definition markers, the technical term and definition. I could it well and understood that the teacher taught. I did practice, and drew a diagram to show the classification five items. After I did practice about What is Anthropology? topic.I watch VDO about how to make food of my classmate.I felt good.

Cause and Effect

          On Sunday 15, I learned how to Cause and Effect. It is Cause and effect is a relationship between event or things. I read the text and complete the diagram and Highlight each cause marker. After I watched a video of our friends about Kylie’s the secret and how to make cook. It is very fun. I feel  happy and fun learning as well.

Comparison and Contrast 3

       

                      On Thursday 5, I learned how to Comparison and Contrast. I had quiz unit Recount, Narrative, and Description.  Teacher teach hoe to Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina. After that teacher gives read text Men and Women: Do They Speak the Same Language? And reading Comprehension. Then she answer the question of text. She told students to read each text and complete the diagram. She assigned work with read the text and make exercise.Finally I watched video of my classmate. 

Comparison and Contrast 2

      

            Thursday 5, I learned “Comparison and Contrast” continued from last week. I wrote similarities and differences between Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina. Next, I read Men and Women: Do They Speak the Same Language. Teacher explain to finding discourse markers. I think it is difficult. We do not speak English, we must learn to speak more. Before times my friends presented about role play.

          I learned how to "Comparison and Contrast". Teacher teach about observe, then she showed a green apple, a red apple, and orange. She told us compare and contrast red apple and orange. After writing to different on the board. Teacher gave us sheet about " Comparison and Contrast"      I read the text 1 and question. Teacher assigneed contrast and compare Hurrican Andrew and Hurricane and answer question, Finally Teacher open VDO 2 group.

       Thursday 19, 
    I learned how to Procedure . Teacher teach about purpose, types of procedural texts, text organisation. Then she taught about  how to make a banana shake and recipe for banana cake, in addition we watched Youtube about how to make Omelete. After that present in front of the class,  match sentence with picture and put all sentence in correct order.She gives read Learning a second Language text and answer the question. Finally, The teacher open video kylie of  group.

Descriptive

     

         On Thursday 12th.I learned how to the Komodo Dragon.Teacher to see that this is what animals. Where are Like any type of food Where to find common And were divided into groups. Groups of 5 people to analyze. Animal is this? And to report to the class.I read Komodo Dragon, answer the question and wrote mind map on the board. I did exercise the correct meaning and find the adjective in the passage. Text 2, I did exercise answer the question.

Narratives 2

On Sunday 1nd .Learning in this time I didn't come here to learn, because I have to watch the younger. My sister is sick, I have to meet my sister.

Narratives

        On Thursday 29th January I learned "Narratives". Dr Usa Noytim , Taught about purpose, types, text organisation and language features. Then she assigned us to read second paragraph of the story and discuss our ideas with partner. After that we discussed our ideas with another partner. Next she explained the following paragraph of the first part and asked us the questions.she told us group 5 people. Discuss my ideas in group and present in front of class. Dr. Usa Noytim amake-up class on sunday at 1.30 p.m.

Recount 2

           

            On Thursday 22^nd , Teacher check  homework of exercise 3. Teacher assigned about exercise 4 and I read text and answer the question. Then she told they work in group of 5-6. Next they wrote the recount and present in front of the classroom. After that I wrote Recall your feeling, When you were a child. Next I read the first paragraph and teacher call my classmate talk about in story.After that I told it to my friends. Finally she assigned us to read the story for homework.

Recount

     On Thursday 15th  January.I leant how to Recount about  to tell what happenedI see the sport from youtube about the sport that in each sport must have something to offer anything in the race of each sport and exercise in, read the article who, what, where, how, 
and to do so. Exercise 2.

A Discourse Approach in Reading.

                   

      On Thursday 8th January, First teacher talk about teaching Evaluation. Then teacher gave Course syllabus and Descriptive information about introduce the course descriped objectives, content, teaching and learning activities, evaluation and assessment. After that she taught how to the correct genres of text and do exercises in sheet.In addition, she assigned us to rewrite the sentences using the connectors in parenthesis. She told us to write the answer on the board. Finally, she assigned to complete the sentences of each paragraph on page 3 and gave us a sheet.
